Cancellations and Refunds:
A partial refund of deposit if cancellation is made at least 35 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancellation is made less than 35 days, however deposit can be used for a future stay if cancellation occurs at least 21 day prior to arrival. A $60.00 cancellation fee applies to all eligable cancellations.

Deposits:
50% deposit of rental fee due by credit card at the time of booking to hold reservation. Balance will be charged to credit card 7 day's proir to arrival. All bookings require a major credit card. 

Description: 
Cozy log cabin with all the comforts of home. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeps 6. One queen size bed in the master bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the family room and 1 day bed with a roll out trundle bed underneath in the loft bedroom.
